Leonard is a passionate Chef with many years of experiences in the kitchen. He was a proud owner of a Restaurant Pure Passie for about 7 years. During these years he came across the Big Green Egg barbecue, which opened the completely new view on cooking. This path brought him to become a freelance chef. His passion from restaurant business, wide experiences and passion for cooking, writing and publishing the recipe books, giving workshops, preparing different events and traveling around the world to make it possible for anyone and anywhere to experience the Big Green Egg opened a completely new door for him.
