Leonard is a passionate Chef with many years of experience in the kitchen. He was a proud owner of a Restaurant Pure Passie for about 7 years. During these years he came across the Big Green Egg barbecue, which opened his completely new view on cooking. This path brought him to become a freelance chef. His passion from restaurant business, wide experiences and passion for cooking, writing and publishing 6 BBQ recipe books, giving workshops, preparing different events and traveling around the world to make it possible for anyone and anywhere to experience the Big Green Egg opened a completely new door for him.
